able mabel 25$ Gift Certificate Giveaway Ends 2/17

able mabel brings a sense of quality and originality to the things they create. This is apparent even from their photos. It is a creative effort of two sisters Jen and Leann. While all their items are truly beautiful I really appreciate the fact that you can shop for baby and pick something up for yourself or your home. We moms need that every once in a while! They have tons of original things and here are a few more items available.
Aprons, Baby, Cards, Coasters, Light Switch Covers, Magnets, Signs/Frames
 Totes, bags, key fobs .

Here's a little blurb about able mabel:
"We bring you quality and originality in the treasures we fashion. Mixing our father’s dry sense of humor with our mother’s artistic abilities, we come up with imaginative makings.

As artists, we are inspired by everyday things around us...family, nature, colors, emotions, moods, etc. Give us a fun piece of fabric, paper or beads and it's off to the races! We love mixing fun with functional!

The products found in able  mabel's shop are the workings of two sisters, Jen and Leann. While both create product for the shop, all photographs, listings, convos, forum posts, mailings, e-mail, communications and all other "non-creating" and administrative tasks are done by Leann."

Shabby Apple Review

I think every mom and woman should have that one special dress. I love the idea of having a great fitting well made dress for those special occasions or just that one ultra comfortable dress for everyday life. Shabby Apple makes that simple with their many different styles available from sophisticated and flirty to maternity and they have a wonderful line for girls and preteens. Accessories are available to make that dress even more special without having to ever leave their site. A really useful tool I found was the Fit To Flatter quiz to help with selections. I found the selections to be great and really close to the things I would like for my body type.

I was sent the Antiquated Black Lace Dress. I cannot tell you how excited I was to hear I would be getting this one. I am not someone who ever had my measurements taken for sizing so I was not sure how accurate the sizing charts were. To my delight it was right on and my dress fits like a charm. I love the very detailed lace and came packaged beautifully! You can purchase this dress here for 93.00
And their new line Central Park will be available Feb 15 !From Shabby Apple*

*The ultimate dress for the imperial wild-child, the Antiquated dress is made of limited-edition Indian lace and is fully lined with stretch acetate for comfort and coverage.  Touting all the refined finishes of a bygone era, with a few contemporary touches of our own, the dress is fitted with a stand up collar, V-neck, cap sleeves and a mid-calf hemline.   To finish the look, the dress includes a 4-inch-wide black satin sash that ties at the waist.  This is a dress not soon to be forgotten.

I would totally agree with the description of this dress. It is amazing . I plan on wearing it for my 5 year anniversary.  Here are a few of my favorites from Shabby Apple in no certain order.

I received a Shabby Apple Dress in exchange for my honest opinion

Review of Wizard 101 - Online Game

My kids and I have been playing Wizard 101 for a couple of weeks now. Wizard 101 is an online adventure game for kids and families. In the game, you are a student at wizard school and you are trying to help save Wizard City. To start, you get to create your character - you choose how you look, how you are dressed, and select a name. You can also take a little quiz to see which school of magic is best for you. Then
