When I had our first child I looked at several different options for creating her birth announcement.  I didn't like the cards that I found in the stores and didn't have the time to scrapbook the quantity of cards I would need.  I decided to make my own card that would reflect our style and be a card that I would be proud of giving out.  Once I started designing the announcement I realized how much I enjoyed the process and soon realized that I created eight different announcements.  It can be so hard to choose just one!  I am now home with our little girl and expecting our second child later in the fall.


 I believe that everyone should be able to have beautiful birth announcements, invitations, thank you cards, etc, regardless of the individual budget.  Therefore, we seek to provide beautiful products with great customer service at  affordable prices.


What's in a name?  Coming up with a business name was a difficult task. I wanted something unique, meaningful and classy.  Dolcetto is an Italian grape variety not commonly grown anymore, the word also means sweet and simple.  My husband is currently in the process of completing his education to become a professional wine maker.  With this in mind, Dolcetto Designs seemed like a great choice for our custom card business.  We hope you like it.  We're looking forward to our future in wine and design!

HOW TO ORDER
Go to the Designs gallery/ catalogue and choose your favourite design.  Remember that each design can be customized.  Therefore colours, fonts, etc can all be changed.  If nothing seems quite right select the design that is closest to what you are looking for.

Select what you would like to order under the "Product Choices and Prices" scroll down.  Fill out all the required information.  Order.   Double check your information to make sure that you have entered everything correctly.  The website will then bring you to the payment page. Once you've completed payment  you will need to upload your photos through the "Photo Uploader" page which is one of the main central icons on the homepage.

That's it, fast and easy!  You will receive your first proof within 24 hours.

 

Dolcetto Designs is going to give one STM reader one digital custom photo card design (no actual physical cards would be sent to the winner).  The design could be any customized design from her website.  The digital design (jpeg file) allowes the winner to print as many photo cards as they wish, at the photofinishing location of their choice
