Forget Me Not Mineral Makeup Giveaway and Review CLOSED

I want to introduce you guys to
Liz from Forget Me Not she formulates one of my favorite things MAKEUP.I love makeup and found her store to have a awesome selection of hand crafted Mineral Makeup. Its the kind of place I could stay all day!
Liz has sent me 8 samples of her makeup, I received a N2 Foundation Sample, Foxy, Whisper, Frost, Camilion, Shamrock, Watermelon and Mystery samples.
I for one did not know that much about mineral makeup but learned so much from here descriptions and directions on her listings. I Love her makeup, the foundation matched my skin perfect and even though I only received a sample it goes a long way. My skin felt soft, natural and the makeup stayed on!
I love the other samples, I tried them all and again found you only need a little to make a big impact.
The Whisper and Frost are my favorites, stayed on well and beautiful shimmers.Her items came well packaged,and quickly. I will be telling everyone about Forget Me Not

Tell us about you .What do you create?
I create luxurious, pure, natural mineral makeup. I formulate with the everyday women in mind making my mineral makeup line fun yet wearable for an everyday look or a night out. The only limit with mineral makeup is your imagination.

How long have you been doing this? How did you get started?
I have been formulating mineral makeup for 2 years now but, only started selling online a year ago. I got started with my own line because I was unhappy with the mineral makeup I was using at the time. Surprisingly, I started researching - rather than my usual course of action, which is to jumping into things without much thought, till after the fact. What can I say, I get too excited to wait!!! After about almost a year of just research - reading endless hours about ingredients & their properties I finally felt ready to experiment. And here I am today ... happily formulating with pure, natural cosmetic grade minerals. I am just loving the response to my line, and it makes me ecstatic to know that there are so many options out there today for women to choose a natural mineral makeup line, but they are choosing mine.

Who are your inspirations or influences?
I am inspired by everything and anything colorful around me. Inspiration is all around us, we just have to open our creative mind to it. It's funny, when I'm looking/needing to be inspired, I just can't find anything but a big blank, sure enough though, at 2 am it hits me and I just have to get to work!! Thank God my Husband is a heavy sleeper and he'll sleep through anything.

What is your favorite creation from your shop? Why?
I would have to say my absolute favorite creation is my Pink Sand Multi-Tasker, which I wear quite often. I love it because I apply it as eye shadow with a damp brush, then apply it dry for a blush yet it doesn't look different on my eyes and cheeks. Then I dab it on my lips with my clear gloss and I'm all set.
Do you have any advice for other indie artists?
Follow your dream to do what you want, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. It takes all kinds of effort,time,sweat,tears and love to get you to your dream, but in the end it's all worth it. Also it really helps to have a great support system, they will cheer you on when you think you've had enough and just want to give up. I don't know where I would be without my supportive family, they truly have been there for me in all the ways that count.
