This agreement is between you (the “Sponsor”) and Smart and Trendy Moms (“STM”).
Ad Space Terms and Conditions:
Ad size is 125px by 125px. If you would like to discuss alternate sizes, please contact us.
Contracts and Payments. Ad Space contracts will begin on the 1st or 15th of every month. Should you choose to purchase an ad to go up on the 15th, we will pro-rate that month and ask that you pay for the next month also.
All ads (both monthly and 3-month contracts) must be paid in full before they are posted. This fee is non-refundable and no portion will be returned should the Sponsor decide to discontinue the display of the ad at any time prior to the end of the contract period.
We will not hold any unpaid ad space. Unpaid ads will be removed, and we reserve the right to offer that ad space to another advertiser. We will send one courtesy reminder via e-mail a few days before your ad expires. If you wish to renew your contract, please do so this at that time.
All payments must be sent via PayPal to jennettehansen@yahoo.com
STM offers no Guarantees. Although STM has a loyal follower base, we cannot guarantee the effectiveness of any ad, and we cannot guarantee traffic from any ad. No certain outcome is suggested or implied.
Ad Content and Responsibility. Sponsor is solely responsible for the content of the Sponsor’s ad and all advertising claims made within the ad. Sponsor is solely responsible for any copyright infringements and any intellectual property issues that may arise. Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless STM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents and members for all losses, costs, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from any claim for infringement of the rights of third parties based upon publication of the promotion in question, including, without limitation, those arising from claims or suits for defamation, liable, copyright or trademark infringement, misappropriation, violation of the Lanham Act or rights of privacy or publicity or from any and all similar claims now known or hereafter devised.
Right to refuse service. STM reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at anytime without notice.
Service and down-time. STM does its best to keep our site up. However, some down-time is to be expected. Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless STM, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents and members for all losses, costs, claims, damages, or causes of action it may suffer as a result of the transactions contracted herein, including but not limited to loss resulting from service delays and incomplete or interrupted service, regardless of cause or fault. STM’s liability is limited to extension of this contract by a period of time the promotion failed to display. If service interruption is greater than 48 hours, please contact STM to discuss extension of this contract.
No conditions, printed or otherwise, or insertion orders or instructions which conflict with the provisions of this contract will be binding on STM. Except as specifically agreed to by the STM and Sponsor, all promotion positioning/placement clauses and conditions will be treated as requests only and cannot be guaranteed. In addition, the STM reserves the right to run an unlimited number of promotions at any given time on the website provided space is available.
Ad Approval/Removal. Sponsor is responsible for providing all information and digital artwork to meet specifications and guidelines. STM reserves the right to determine the suitability of all promotions submitted for distribution, and to reject promotions that do not meet its editorial or digital criteria. All Ads must be pre-approved by STM.
Sponsors generally choose to host images at a third party hosting service (such as Photo Bucket) or on their own servers. This gives the Sponsor the opportunity to change his/her own image during the month by uploading a new image with the same name supplied to STM. STM does allow this; however, all ads must be pre-approved by STM prior to posting. At STM, our reputation is very important to us. STM reserves the right to refuse and/or remove an ad at anytime for any reason without notice. Refunds will not be issued.
Specifications. Ads must be static images in GIF, JPEG, or png format, and sized according to the specifications. “Animated” ads will not be accepted. STM will make changes to ads after each one month contract unit only. Changes to self-hosted images require STM approval before they are posted. Please include the URL, if any, to be linked to the image and “alt” tag content if desired.
Reviews
I love to try new and fun products, And tell everyone about them! I also have 3 kids and a husband that I will from time to time help me review the product.Children items must relate to a 9 year old girl,3 year old girl or 1 year old boy. Once I get the product, I will use it review it, take pictures of it and then I will post my review about it. Drive traffic to your product, And you will get a text link on my blog.

I make every effort to review products in a timely manner. Sometimes, however, real life (Being a mom) gets in the way.

I will email you when the review of your item(s) is scheduled to be posted, or is already posted, and will send you the permalink.
Can we require a positive review?
While I promise honest feedback, your submission is not guaranteed a super-positive review. If I feel that your product does not meet quality standards, I will contact you before posting any comments. I also reserve the right not to post a review if I feel in any way the product will not relate to my family nor my readers. All reviews posted here are honest and truthful.
How long will our product be highlighted?
You’ll have the top spot until the next review/giveaway/feature is posted. At times, I will post more than one in a week. Once your review moves from the top spot, it will be scrollable on the homepage for a period of time. All reviews are also permanently accessible in the archives and are searchable by category.
Can I be permanently accessible?
Yes! Your post will always be on my blogsite. I am also currently working on monthly and yearly rates for sidebar advertising. If you are interested in advertising, please contact me!
Will my product be returned?
No products will be returned. Once something is given as a review it becomes my sole property. I will fully test and use these products making returning them just impossible. Often, I will do an ongoing review and post several write ups about that item. With this, I am unable to return products.

Giveaway’s are a great way to drive traffic to your online shop, Boost sales and get your product known. You will choose one of your products for the giveaway During your giveaway I do lots of promoting about your store and products .!
Any sales or discounts you have going on will be included in your giveaway details!
One of the entry requirements will be to visit your store/website and comment on their favorite item of yours, generally the giveaway will last one or two weeks, unless noted,depending on the item! Winners will have 48 hours to respond, and then a new winner will be chosen!
You will be responsible for shipping item to the winning person, within 14 days!
I am not responsible for items not received.
